These terms cover your use of the PLM Entertainments & Events website (plmentertainments.com) and app (app.plmentertainments.com). The services we provide for your event are covered by your booking agreement, which you sign when you book; if anything here conflicts with your booking agreement, the booking agreement applies.

Using the app

• The app is for our clients, venues, DJs and crew to plan and manage events with us. You must be 18 or over to make a booking.
• Keep your login details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Please make sure the information you give us (event details, timings, venue access, music choices) is accurate - we rely on it to deliver your event.
• Don't misuse the website or app: no trying to access other people's information, interfere with how it works, or upload anything unlawful or offensive.

Quotes, bookings and payments

• A quote isn't a booking. Your date is secured once you've accepted, signed your booking agreement and paid any booking fee asked for.
• Payments are taken securely by Stripe. Prices, payment dates, cancellation and refunds are set out in your quote and booking agreement.
• Promotions and offers are subject to their own conditions and can't be swapped for cash.

Our content

The website and app, including text, images, videos, logos and the PLM Entertainments & Events name, belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Photos and videos you share with us stay yours; you let us use them to deliver your event and, only if you agree, to show our work.

Accounting connection

Our app can connect to our own QuickBooks Online account to keep our books up to date. Only we (the business owner) can connect or disconnect it, and it's used only for our business accounts, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the website and app running, but can't promise they'll always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for your event is as set out in your booking agreement, and we're not responsible for losses caused by using the website or app that we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
