PLM Cue - terms of sale (version 1.0 (21 October 2026)) ============================================================ 1. Who we are ------------- PLM Cue is sold by Philip Lee Morris, trading as PLM Entertainments & Events ("we", "us"). Address: 7 Coed Y Felin, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0BX, United Kingdom. Phone: 07508 966479. Email: enquiries@plmentertainments.com. We are a sole trader and are not VAT registered. 2. What you are buying ---------------------- PLM Cue version 0.4.0: a Mac application, supplied as a digital download (a DMG disk image). It helps prepare Rekordbox playlists by analysing your local music files and proposing hot cues, memory cues and saved loops from your own preparation rules. You review the results and export the prepared playlist as Rekordbox XML. Price: £3.99 (the price shown at checkout), paid once. There is no subscription and nothing else to pay. No VAT is charged - the seller is not VAT registered. Your purchase includes PLM Cue version 0.4.0. Future version upgrades are sold separately. This does not affect any repair or replacement we must provide under your statutory rights (section 7). There are no activation keys or device limits. 3. Who can buy (UK only) ------------------------ PLM Cue is sold to customers in the UK only - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland - with a UK billing address and a UK-issued card or payment account. It isn't available in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. At checkout you confirm you live in the UK. Before any money is taken we check that your billing address is in the UK and - whenever your payment method tells us (it always does for cards) - that your card or payment account was issued in the UK. If a check fails, nothing is charged: the payment is only authorised at first, and that temporary hold is cancelled straight away (your bank or provider decides how quickly it disappears, usually within a few days) and no download is supplied. 4. Compatibility - please check before you buy ---------------------------------------------- Requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later), Rekordbox collection XML and music files stored on (or attached to) your Mac. Tested on macOS Sequoia 15.7.1 with Rekordbox 7.2.19.0342, on a 2021 14-inch MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro, 16 GB RAM). No other macOS or Rekordbox versions have been tested. Not supported in this release: Windows, Intel Macs, Traktor, VirtualDJ, Serato and streaming-only tracks. PLM Cue prepares XML exports; it does not edit the Rekordbox database directly. Active Loop and Analysis Lock need manual steps in Rekordbox. Cue positions are estimates and should be reviewed by the DJ. Back up Rekordbox before importing changes. 5. Buying and download ---------------------- When you pay, Stripe (our card payment provider) authorises your card. Once the UK check in section 3 passes we take the payment and our contract with you starts. You'll then see your download straight away and get a confirmation email with your receipt, the immediate-access consent you gave, a copy of these terms and your download link. The emailed link lasts 72 hours; you can get a fresh link any time at https://plmentertainments.com/plm-cue/resend. 6. Your right to cancel ----------------------- You normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because PLM Cue is supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to tick: "I request immediate access to the digital download and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once supply begins." Supply begins when your download is made available to you, so from then on the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. If supply has not begun, you can cancel within 14 days of the contract by telling us clearly - by email, phone or post. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to. We'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you. Losing the right to cancel never affects your rights in section 7 if PLM Cue is faulty or not as described. 7. If something is wrong - your statutory rights ------------------------------------------------ Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, PLM Cue must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or a replacement. If that isn't possible, or isn't done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can have a price reduction, which may be a full refund. If PLM Cue damages your device or other digital content because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation. Nothing in these terms takes away or limits your statutory rights. For more information contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk). 8. Support ---------- Email enquiries@plmentertainments.com or phone 07508 966479. Please include your order number, your Mac model, and your macOS and Rekordbox versions. Support covers downloading, installing and using PLM Cue 0.4.0 as described on the PLM Cue page and in these terms. 9. Using PLM Cue and open-source software ----------------------------------------- You may install and use PLM Cue on Macs you own or control. PLM Cue's own code, name and branding belong to us: please don't sell or pass off copies of PLM Cue as your own. PLM Cue includes third-party open-source components, including FFmpeg (licensed under the GNU GPL version 3 or later) and its libraries. Each component is licensed to you under its own licence. Their licence texts, notices and the matching source code are available free of charge at https://plmentertainments.com/plm-cue (section "Open-source notices and source code"). Nothing in these terms restricts any right those licences give you. 10. Your information (privacy) ------------------------------ PLM Cue analyses your music on your own Mac. Your tracks are not uploaded to us. When you buy, we receive your name, email address, billing country and postcode, your payment method and the country your card or payment account was issued in (if it tells us), your order details and the consents you ticked. We use them to check the UK-only rule, supply the download, send your receipt and download links, give support and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legal obligations (tax records). Your card details are handled by Stripe, not by us. Our website host and our email provider process this information for us. We keep order records for 6 years after the end of the tax year of your purchase (HMRC rules), then delete them. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing enquiries@plmentertainments.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Our full privacy policy: https://plmentertainments.com/privacy. 11. Our responsibility to you ----------------------------- If we break these terms we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. 12. General ----------- These terms (version 1.0 (21 October 2026)) apply to your purchase. If we change them later, the version you bought under still applies to your purchase - your copy is attached to your confirmation email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
