PLM Cue 0.4.0 - open-source components: corresponding source

PLM Cue 0.4.0 (Apple Silicon) runs FFmpeg 9.0.2 as a separate program, together with the libraries FFmpeg is built
with, all taken from the Homebrew "bottles" for macOS 15 arm64. FFmpeg in PLM Cue is licensed under the GNU General
Public License version 3 or later: it was configured with --enable-gpl and --enable-version3 (full configure command
in build/ffmpeg.rb). The GPL v3 text is in the FFmpeg archive (COPYING.GPLv3). Every other component is under its own
licence (below); the full licence texts are inside each source archive and in the app (About / licences).

Each zip contains:
  source/   the exact upstream source archive (checked against the SHA-256 in its Homebrew recipe; for x264 the
            git commit recorded in the archive is checked against the pinned commit, because GitLab re-packs archives)
  build/    the Homebrew formula used to build it (configure options, dependencies and any patches - libvpx's patch is
            embedded at the end of libvpx.rb) and the Homebrew install receipt. These were Homebrew pre-built "bottles":
            Homebrew built them from exactly this formula and source; the receipt is from the Mac they were installed
            on (macOS 15.8, Xcode/CLT 26.3). Its home folder is shown as /Users/[builder]; nothing else is changed.

To rebuild: on an Apple Silicon Mac with Homebrew, build from the formula and the source archive here (for example
`brew install --build-from-source ./ffmpeg.rb`), or unpack the archive and follow the configure / make steps in the
formula.
